With the Usage of the mobile App OnCare.Asset you agree that

Work orders assigned to the logged in user could be downloaded and stored on your mobile device
Access to the camera of your device is requested in order to attach photos to initiate notifications

The results of the Maintenance check are stored locally and are not transmitted to Voith. In addition the App does not collect or store personal data of its use.

Personal data is most likely processed by the operating system of your IT device or of the operator of the app store. We do not, however, receive any information in this respect and are not the controller for this data.
